The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of all data entered when placing any order, including: phone number, account or line number, email address, player ID, username, amount, and the type of service or bundle.
a. Direct top-up to a number
Once a top-up or recharge is submitted to the operator's network, the transaction becomes final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred to another number, as it is executed directly on the operator's systems and is beyond the site's control.
Accordingly, the site accepts no responsibility for a top-up sent to the wrong number, for the wrong amount, or to an unintended bundle, provided it was executed in accordance with the data entered by the customer.
b. Recharge cards (codes)
When a recharge card is ordered, the code is delivered electronically and is considered delivered and consumed as soon as it is displayed to the customer or sent to them, whether or not it has been used.
No card may be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the code has been revealed. The site accepts no responsibility for a code used on the wrong number or disclosed to a third party after delivery.
These services are delivered as a ready-to-use account, and delivery is considered complete as soon as the account details are handed to the customer.
The subscription is for the customer's personal use only. Account details may not be shared with any other person, as the account may be limited to a set number of screens, and sharing it leads to the screens being occupied or the service being suspended.
The site accepts no responsibility for interruption or suspension of the service resulting from the customer sharing their account details, or from the customer's breach of the service provider's own terms of use.
a. Direct top-up to a player ID
For a top-up executed directly on a player ID, the customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the ID, the server, and the account name.
Once the top-up has been executed on the ID entered, the transaction becomes final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred to another ID. The site accepts no responsibility for a top-up delivered to another player's account due to an incorrect ID.
b. Codes and software licences
Codes and licences are delivered electronically and are considered delivered and consumed as soon as they are displayed to the customer or sent to them, whether or not they have been used.
No code may be returned, exchanged, or refunded once revealed, as its digital nature makes it impossible to verify that it has not been used.
This clause applies to all codes and cards referred to above, whether for telecom, gaming, or software.
Some codes carry an expiry date set by the issuer, and it is the customer's responsibility to use them within that period. The site accepts no responsibility for a code that expires unused, and no such code may be exchanged or refunded after its expiry.
The site remains responsible in one case only: if a delivered code is proven to have been invalid, already used, or already expired at the source at the time of delivery, it will be replaced with a new code or its value credited to the customer's balance. The customer must notify the site immediately upon discovering this and provide the message or screenshot showing the code being rejected.
The customer is responsible for any order they repeat themselves. Two identical orders placed from the customer's account and executed by the site are treated as the correct execution of two separate orders.
The site's liability is limited to executing the order in accordance with the data entered. In the event of a technical error originating from the site itself, or a failed execution where the balance was still deducted, the site will correct the transaction or credit the amount back to the customer's balance.
The customer is responsible for protecting their account on the site and for every transaction carried out through it. The site reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where misuse or attempted fraud is established.
Creating an account and using the service constitute full acceptance of these terms.
